It would be all the people who are not helped. Who sleep on park benches, succumb to addiction, who suffer domestic violence and mental disabilities, who are kept out of this system through austerity, budget cuts and discriminatory practices. Who are each and every day being isolated and abused.

It's all good and well if you're middle class and society notices when you're suffering, but I have known the residuum of England, and they are not welcome. There are many kind and decent souls who suffer squalor and indignity, and whose needs are not represented.

The NHS lacks the necessary radical content to be little more than an institution of eugenics, wherein they do not practice medicine, but rather artificial selection of its citizenry. Until the downtrodden get the same help you take for granted, then it is a miserable institution.
