Except the issue here is that your point really boils down to "because said so." You can't prove social constructs, nor can you prove what good or evil is. All you're doing is redefining metaphysics and then frowning at anyone who still refers to metaphysics as metaphysics. So why should I care?

You can call me religious, you can say that this is a product of some power system and that I am a puppet who lives as a vessel for your magical and invisible authority. That everything beyond the most insular materialist observation is a falsehood and that life must be annointed through a series of abstract means testing.

But when you're performing such rituals, then I ask you, why are your baptisms and rituals different from that of religion?

Why is it that when you call me a sinner and offer me salvation in the sobering waters of some book written by a French child molester, you're somehow different from a Catholic missionary? Because last time I checked, you tick all the boxes.
